We've travelled the world to source the freshest and finest coffee, and are now proud to offer our perfectly brewed blend that pairs beautifully with our exquisite pastries and dishes.
The La Cloche Blend is a medium-dark roast that brings together rich notes of dark chocolate and roasted almond with a hint of citrus acidity. Made with 60% Brazil Santos Arabica for a smooth body, 30% Papua New Guinea Arabica for a lively, fruity touch, and 10% Ecuador EcuRobusta, it offers a balanced yet complex flavor profile. The EcuRobusta, sourced from a pioneering farm in Ecuador, adds a unique buttery texture and depth to the blend, making each cup both familiar and refreshingly different.
